Horaire : du mardi au vendredi, de 9 h à 12h et de 13 h 30 à 16 h 15. Fermé le lundi. Durant l’été, ainsi qu’en décembre et janvier, il est préférable de prendre rendez-vous. Open: Tuesday to Friday, from 9 a.m. to noon and from 1:30 to 4:15 p.m. Closed Mondays. Reservations advised in summer, and in December and January.

Archives du SÃ©minaire de Trois-RiviÃ¨res

Although the archives of the Séminaire Saint-Joseph de Trois-Rivières belongs to a prestigious teaching institution founded in 1860, it was not until 1918 that the archives centre took on an importance all of its own when a young priest, Albert Tessier, was assigned to the duties of archivist. Since then, some 850 private holdings or collections from individuals, families, small businesses or organizations have been acquired and carefully tended; together they constitute a valuable, fascinating and diversified archival heritage. A visit will give you a real sense of history.
