Ouverture saisonnière
Du 24 juin au 16 août de 10 h à 17 h du mercredi au dimanche.

Built in 1866 by the architect Zéphirin Perreault de Deschambeault, the church is one of the oldest plasterwork churches left in Québec. The main altar, the side altars, the pulpit and sounding board, neo-gothic in style, are remarkable for their exuberance of design and rich ornamentation.

With its relatively small size and outstanding decoration, the Église de Batiscan is like a small chapel in a castle and is well worth a visit. Guides relate the history of the church and a good deal more.

Schedule: June 24 to August 21, Wednesday to Sunday, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Admission: free
