See an exhibition of historical items, a video of the various steps involved in brewing and windows through which you can view the brewers at work (Monday to Friday). Sample some fresh-brewed beers at the Nouvelle-France themed bistro with traditional food featuring local products and game. Gift shop selling regional crafts.
