Genuine heritage site in the village of Sainte-Thècle. The Germain Bakery is one of the few bakeries in Quebec that still uses an oven equipped with a wooden shovel. Their pastries and cakes are renowned in the region. The Germain Bakery uses many traditional recipes that have been handed down from generation to generation.
