A place that is unique both in terms of its decor and its cuisine, which sets special value on organic and natural foods. Most dishes are prepared with local natural ingredients. This cuisine, both simple and tasty, invites you into a world of uniquely subtle and rustic flavors. Let yourself be swept away by the aroma of fairtrade-certified coffee beans roasted on site. The decor exemplifies creativity and ingenuity. The entire café was created from objects and mechanical parts from an old sawmill. Large pieces of fabric display old texts and images that tell the history of the region.

ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY PRACTICES
We are proud to offer a menu made from 80% of local produce in partnership with neighboring farms. In summer, we grow herbs and vegetables on our beautiful garden terrace.

Afterwards, we compost the plates to enrich our agricultural land with organic matter in order to encourage organic farming. We promote locally-sourced foods in our food preparation, which encourages buying from local suppliers and benefits the local community. Our aim is to reduce, recycle, and reuse, and thereby create and taste-experiences that come straight from the farm to your table.
